The Bala Mela event is a large fun day for all the street kids and other kids who live in difficult situations. These kids have at least once a year, the possibility to relax and enjoy getting some attention. When was the last time you realized and looked at children on the streets; children in difficult circumstances,  juvenile delinquents and it reminded you to be grateful for your own children? There are many children engaged in the web of their misfortune, they are the one’s who have been forgotten,

abandoned on the street, beaten, abused, mistreated and aboveall they are victims of social injustice and discrimination.
For these kids once a year ECHO and other likeminded NGOs put the hands together to realize a fun day.
