ECHO Center for Juvenile Justice

ECHO (Empowerment of Children and Human Rights Organization) is a child-centred non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2000 by Adv. Dr. Antony Sebastion. The aim of the organization is to protect, rehabilitate and reintegrate children in conflict with law, as well as those from vulnerable and marginalized backgrounds.

ECHO provides a holistic support system, Guided by the principles of child rights and restorative justice, that focuses on the child’s overall development and reintegration into society. Through its comprehensive programs — including residential care, education, vocational and life skills training, psychological counselling and legal aid — the organization strives to help children rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
