ECHO is a non-profit committed to protecting and empowering vulnerable children. We support Children in Conflict with the Law (CCL) and Children in Need of Care and Protection (CNCP), ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has access to justice, dignity, and a future full of opportunity.

Our Mission

To promote and protect the rights of children in conflict with the law and children in need of care and protection through:

  • Advocacy, reformation, rehabilitation, education, and reintegration

  • Prevention of juvenile delinquency, particularly among street and working children, and their rehabilitation

  • Collaboration with stakeholders at national and international levels

  • Research and documentation on juvenile rights and their violations

  • Lobbying and advocacy for the effective implementation of child protection laws and policies

Our Staff

ECHO is led by a committed team based in Bangalore, including counsellors, social workers, legal advocates, educators, lawyers, and pastoral team members. Together, we strive to ensure that every child is met with dignity, support, and the chance for a brighter future.

Grounded in values of justice and care, our team works hands-on with children, families, and institutions to build pathways to rehabilitation and reintegration.
