Our Work

Our work

At its core, ECHO is committed to supporting children and young people who are often overlooked or misunderstood, focusing on those in conflict with the law, those without stable homes, and those growing up in conditions of extreme vulnerability. Through rights-based care, education, and rehabilitation, ECHO works to restore dignity, build resilience, and create real pathways out of cycles of neglect, exclusion, and poverty. Our work makes a difference through the belief that every child deserves the chance to grow up in safety, with the tools and support they need to shape their own future.

In this section, you will discover the meaningful change ECHO has made in the lives of children and communities. We share our journey through powerful impact stories, key statistics, a visual timeline of milestones, and the awards we’ve earned along the way. Together, these elements reflect our ongoing commitment to change and the real success we have achieved.

"I am... one of those people who journeyed with ECHO and I cherish my experience of the journey with ECHO as the best and better than that in a University. ECHO taught me the basics of rehabilitation and Restoration for children in need of care and protection and those in conflict with law."

Centres

ECHO Sparsha
ECHO Special Home

For over 25 years, ECHO has operated a range of community-based centres to build safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children. These centres serve as the foundation of our work. They are the places where children receive essential support, care, and opportunities to learn and grow. Each centre represents a unique community and highlights the diverse ways in which ECHO makes an impact.

 Programmes

ECHO has developed a range of programmes to support both Children in Conflict with Law (CCL) and Children in Need of Care and Protection (CNCP). These programmes are designed to meet each child’s needs, offering guidance, structure, and emotional support. Through education, counselling, legal aid, and life skills training, our programmes aim to create meaningful, long-term opportunities for every child we serve, helping them reintegrate into society with confidence and dignity.
