Eurindian Academy of Hotel Management, founded in 2014 as an initiative by ECHO, was established to empower children in difficult circumstances—especially those in conflict with the law or in need of care and protection. The academy began with the one-year Diploma in Hotel Management affiliated with ROC Mondriaan University, The Hague, Netherlands, and has since expanded to offer a three-year B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management, affiliated with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences – School of Vocational Education, under the banner of Yuva Seva Educational Trust.
ECHO’s unique rehabilitation-through-education model provides disadvantaged and marginalized youth with high-quality, internationally-aligned hospitality education and hands-on professional training. The program emphasizes “Earn While You Learn,” enabling students to support themselves financially while pursuing their studies.
